Ken Corsini
Georgia Residential Partners, LLC was founded by Ken Corsini in 2005. Ken has a Bachelors
Degree in Risk Management from the University of Georgia as well as a Master’s Degree in
Residential Development from Georgia Tech. In addition, Ken has his Commercial Contractors
License. He has owned and operated Georgia Residential Partners, LLC from its inception and has
been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions. While at Georgia Tech, he defended his thesis
on real estate values in Metro-Atlanta and has 6 years of “turn-key” hands on experience. Ken has a
vast understanding of how and where to invest profitably in the Atlanta Market. He is married with
three children and lives in Woodstock, Georgia.
Dave Emrich
Dave provides our first set of eyes and ears in the field. He previews each new acquisition and
reviews the scope of work for every renovation project. Dave has a unique ability to quickly
evaluate new homes and knows the best neighborhoods for acquisition. His team manages our
construction crews and Dave gives the final signoff of each completed project. He has a diverse
background with sales, operations and construction experience while working with Monon and
HeavyQuip Corporations. Dave attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and
served in the military for several years. Dave has been married for thirty five years and has two
grown sons. He lives in Roswell, Georgia.
Bruce Carlisle
Bruce is a native of Atlanta and has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage and
development since 1984. After graduating from Florida State University, he started his career with
Property Systems Corporation. He moved on to work with the Trammell Crow Company and
the Scott Hudgens Companies before starting his own firm, Bruce M. Carlisle and Associates,
Inc. in 1993. Bruce has built a career specializing in the brokerage of undeveloped commercial
properties throughout Atlanta. In 1993, he obtained his CCIM designation, the premier commercial
designation in the industry. In addition to commercial brokerage, Bruce has been a partner in
the development of numerous residential subdivisions throughout Atlanta, as well as a partner
in Mitigation Resource Group, LLC a stream and wetland mitigation company. Bruce has been
married for over 25 years and has two children in college.
Jessica Stansel
Jessica worked six years with 1st American Title Insurance Company where she handled policy
processing and working closely with each transaction. Jessica brings a wide range of skills to Ga.
Residential Partners, LLC. She manages the office and keeps key information flowing smoothly.
She works with Dave to manage our construction crews and to oversee different aspects of
accounting, marketing and business management. Jessica lives with her husband and young
daughter in Canton, Georgia.
